Thursdays. Doors open @ 6:30:  warm-up music plays until 6:45: The dance music begins @ 6:45 and ends at 8:15.

Our space is air-conditioned.

Help us keep this a scent-free event

Bring water to drink, and wear loose, comfortable, casual clothes.

We dance in bare feet or soft-soled shoes.

All ages and abilities celebrated. No partners, no steps to learn, just come as you are and dance.

Children are welcome to come and dance with their accompanying adult if registered in advance.

Please arrive early if you can. Your body will love you for the extra time to warm up.
