Thursdays doors open @ 6:00 pm warm-up music plays until 6:30
the wave begins
@ 6:30 and ends by 8:00 followed by an optional closing circle
(Please note: Doors lock
at 6:30 and it's very hard to get our attention after that!)
Bring water to drink, and wear loose, comfortable, casual clothes.
We dance in bare feet or soft-soled shoes.
All ages and abilities celebrated.
No partners, no steps to learn, just come as you are and dance.
Children are welcome to come
and dance with their accompanying adult.
Please arrive early if you can. Your body will love you for
the extra time to warm up. |
