Kate guides participants into Gabrielle Roth's dynamic movement meditation practice - the 5Rhythms® - a workout for the body and soul. We practice showing up and staying present with our energy no matter whether it is sluggish or vibrant, clear or messy, quiet, hard or soft.
We move from moment to moment, staying real with ourselves. We explore where we hold on, where we hold back, where we can let go. We practice softening and surrendering. Kate invites participants into a world of exploration, providing a safe space for each of us to awaken the juicy, fascinating, vulnerable, edge walking, vibrant part of ourselves.
Kate is an accredited 5RTA teacher.
All workshops and classes count towards the 5Rhythms training path.
